Arrival in Ravenna, capital of the mosaic, and visit six UNESCO monuments of the city (Basilica of San Vitale, Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, Basilica of S. Apollinare Nuovo, Archbishop Museum and Chapel of St. Andrew, Neoniano Baptistery and Arian Baptistery). Lunch at Bistro St. George, cozy restaurant near San Vitale. After lunch, the remainder of the visit. Free dinner. Transferring to the farm close to the city and overnight stay.
Breakfast at the farm and check out. Transfer to San Biagio di Argenta (FE) at the pasta factory Organic "La Romagnola". The pasta factory is the only one in the region to boast a wide range of production of specialties with cereals alternative to wheat (Kamut, Spelt, Barley, Rye, Corn, Rice, Soybean, Buckwheat). Rich tasting at the Factory Outlet. Chance to walk on the estate where there is the pasta factory, natural biotope.
Transfer to Ferrara, City of the Renaissance and UNESCO heritage, free walk in the center. The most important monuments are the Estense Castle, the magnificent Cathedral, Palazzo dei Diamanti (site of important exhibitions). Dinner at restaurant Raccano downtown. Return home.
